Why am I getting error messages when publishing through Frontpage?

If you are getting errors publishing your site using Microsoft FrontPage, it is probably because of one of the following reasons.

Reason 1 - FrontPage Extensions not installed on your account.

Solution - Install your FrontPage extensions by going to "Frontpage Extensions" under your Control Panel, or send in a support ticket and ask to have frontpage extensions installed.

Reason 2 - Corrupt Extensions due to use of FTP to modify and change FP related files or general file corruption.

Solution - Send in a ticket asking to have your extensions reset.

Reason 3 - Incorrect Publishing

Solution - When you are publishing to your site, make sure you are publishing to http://www.yourdomain.com or http://yourip. Note: Your IP will ONLY work if you selected the dedicated IP option upon signup, otherwise you will need to wait until your domain resolves to publish using frontpage.
