Why am I getting a timeout error when using FTP?

FTP Timeout - If you get this error it means it has been more than 300 seconds since your last action on the FTP server. Net Link Hosts servers all have a 300 second limit set on FTP inactivity, to keep server load down this limit will not be raised.
